Description

This is a Notice of Intent published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101(a)(1) requiring the dissemination of information regarding proposed contract actions. This Notice of Intent is for a proposed award of a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Office, intends to award a contract, to Dell (Sales, One Dell Way, Round Rock, Texas 78682, Phone: 877-717-3355) or a Dell-authorized reseller for software licenses and software maintenance, for the Joint Staff, J6 Directorate,� Joint Cyber, Command, Control, Communications, Computers Assessments Division (C5AD),� �111 Lake View Parkway, Suffolk, VA 23435.� The requirement consists of the following items:� CLIN 0001, DELL - CLOUDLINK KEY MGMT OVER KMIP TIER, 1=IA, Maintenance Months: 36, Product Category: K, EMC Corporation - 456-114-085; Part Number 456-114-085-14935, 2 Each CLIN 0002, DELL - PROSUPPORT 4HR/MC SOFTWARE SUPPORT, Maintenance Months: 36, Product Category: K, EMC Corporation - M-PSM-SW-CL-00; M-PSM-SW-CL-001-14935, 1 Each For this requirement, the Federal Supply Code is 7030 and the North American Industry Classification System�code is 511210.� While this notice of intent does not constitute a solicitation, interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement.� All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which the Government will consider.� Vendors that believe they can provide the capabilities required to meet fully the agency's requirement may submit information in writing to anita.spriggs@navy.mil, by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on 07/31/2020.
