Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, intends to award a sole source contract with Nova Biomedical Corporation for fifty five (55) Nova Statstrip Glucose Meters with accessories. The delivery date is 30 September 2020. The award will be made on or about 3 August 2020. The NAICS code 325413, size standard 1250 employees. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for future requirements. The solicitation number is W81K00-20-Q-0190, and is generated for the purposes of posting this notice of intent and the final Justification and Approval (J&A) document. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responses received, to include capability statements, within 5 days of the posting of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
