Description

Presolicitation Notice: Cable Installation for Bureau of Indian Affairs - Columbia River Branch Office This notice is published in accordance with FAR Part 5.201 and FAR Part 36.204. The Bureau of Indian Affairs anticipates the issuance of a Request for Quote for cabling electrical work at its Columbia River Branch Office located in Vancouver, Washington. The space where work will be performed is on the 3rd floor of an administrative office type building located in downtown Vancouver, Washington; the space is currently unoccupied. Davis Bacon wage minimums for Clark County, Washington shall apply to any contract issued for this work. The work shall consist of: remove the previous tenant�s network cabling and replace it with new network cabling sufficient to support up to 30 workstations (2 terminations at each workstation). Cable test results to be provided to government at project completion in electronic format. This requirement is a total small business set aside under NAICS 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, size standard $16.5 Million. The estimated value of this work is between $25,000.00 and $100,000. The anticipated duration of the contract is 30 days after receipt of award. A low voltage electrical license for Class B basic electrical work shall be required to be submitted with quote. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. A Request for Quote will be made available approximately 15 days after this notice posting by amendment to this notice. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The anticipated award date is on or around September 10, 2020.
