Solicitation Number:� W911SG20R0058 Notice Type:� Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis:� TerraSIM Software and Maintenance Agency: Department of the Army Office: Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bliss� Location: Fort Bliss, Texas This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: W911SG20R0058 This notice shall be considered a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-89. This requirement does not have a small business set-aside and is full and open. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 511210, with a corresponding Size Standard of $41,500.000.00. System for Award Management (SAM) applies to this procurement. You must be registered in SAM in order to be eligible to receive an award from this solicitation. Information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements may be obtained via the Internet at http://www.sam.gov. Prospective contractors must be registered in SAM database prior to award. Lack of registration in SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award. CONTRACTORS MUST COMPLY WITH FAR 52.204-99 System for Award Management (SAM) Registration (August 2012) (DEVIATION). Contract Type: The Government contemplates award of the following contract type: firm-fixed-price (FFP). Period of Performance: The period of performance including all options is Base Year: 1 August 2020 � 31 July 2021 Option Year #1:� 1August 2021 � 31 July 2022 Option Year #2:� 1 August 2022 � 31 July 2023 Questions regarding this Request for Quote that is posted on SAMBeta should be submitted via email to SSG Francine Irvin at francine.e.irvin.mil@mail.mil. Notice of Synopsis The offeror must comply with the following commercial item terms and conditions: Submission requirements for all offerors are identified by addendum on FAR Clause 52.212-1. Offeror is directed to pay special attention to FAR Clause 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 when submitting the quote. The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition (see Addendum in section 2).
