The purpose of this acquisition is to purchase a Object260 Connex3 3D printer or equal 3D system to include a trade-in allowance for a Projet 3500 3D printer. The purchase is required because the additive manufacturing process used in 3D printing is more effective at fabricating these features and reduces the amount of time needed for more complicated design and difficult to machine structures such as internal pockets.
