Description

Solicitation N66604-20-R-8248:�This construction requirement is for HVAC renovation to the Zulu Lab in building 1171. The area of the renovation includes approximately 3400 square feet which includes prototype testing equipment and office spaces. The space will be provided with new HVAC systems, which will provide specialized climate control. The new mechanical system will utilize direct expansion computer room units for cooling the lab spaces and a chilled water air handling unit for the office spaces. The electrical system serving the new mechanical equipment will be upgraded to serve the equipment. The onsite supervision will require one (1) qualified individual�serving the roles of superintendent, quality control manager, and site safety and health officer. Contractors do not have to�be JCP certified to receive the drawings and specifications but they must have an active CAGE Code.� If you are unable to request the drawings and specification in beta.sam, please send e-mail to Michael.ouellette@navy.mil and leslie.brazil@navy.mil and include company name, complete address and CAGE code. AMENDMENT #1:�We are extending the closing date from 27 July to 28 July, 2:00P.M.� We remind you that proposals must be received by the Government no later than 2:00.� Any proposals received after that time will deemed late and will not be considered.� Offerors should ensure they commence submission in sufficient time for delivery to the Government by 2:00 PM.
