Description: The United Stated Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, IAW FAR 13.5, Pall Corporation 25 Harbor Park Drive Port Washington, NY 11050, USA,as the only responsible source that PALL Biotech iCELLis Nano Single-Use, Fixed-Bed Bioreactor System which provides cell growth conditions for adherent cells and enables cell culture process simplification, from vial to product.� This acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06 are incorporated.
