- The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking potential sources for services to advise and assist its Division of Administration, Human Resources Branch, in administering its Career Management Program, which aids FDIC employees interested in their career aspirations; Draft Statement of Work attached. � This sources sought is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the FDIC to acquire any goods or services; submitting a response does not ensure your company will be solicited on any resulting solicitation. �The FDIC does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request or otherwise pay for the information requested. �Submission of a response to this request is entirely voluntary. �The voluntary submission of a response to this request shall not obligate the FDIC to pay or entitle the submitter of information to claim any direct or indirect costs or charges or any other remuneration whatsoever.� � The FDIC strongly encourages the participation of minority-owned and women-owned businesses in all the business and contracting activities of the FDIC. � The FDIC is currently exploring the market for companies that possess the capabilities to provide a wide range of services in accordance to the statement of work related to career management, including, but not limited to, the following: � Guidance and direction from the career counseling perspective� Individual career counseling and coaching� Job search strategies, educational exploration, and career transition assistance� Preparation and delivery of lunch and learn sessions/workshops and webinars� Other presentations/sessions on career related topics� Develop podcasts, videos, written materials (e.g., handouts, articles)� These career management-related services are required throughout the corporation. �Services shall be performed virtually (via computer, phone, etc.) off-site and, if required, on-site at FDIC Headquarters, Regional, Area, and Field offices. � The FDIC is seeking responses from interested companies that can advise and assist the Human Resources Branch in administering its Career Management Program, consistent with the statement of work. �If interested, please provide a statement of interest addressing the following: � � Company name & address� � Point of contact (name, title, phone number, & email address) � DUNS number (as registered in the System for Award Management (SAM)) � Capability statement addressing the company�s qualifications and ability to provide the career management-related services outlined in the statement of work, including experience (Government & commercial) providing the same or similar services.� Please submit your statement of interest to Richard Sites via email at rsites@fdic.gov by 5:00 p.m. EDT on July 31, 2020. �Please contact Mr. Sites via email if you have any questions or need additional information or clarification.� The FDIC appreciates your interest and thanks you in advance for responding to this sources sought.�
