- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services (CTS) Contracting Office; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Sex Offender Services in the Dallas, Texas area. These services will have to be provided within a 12 mile radius of the Earl Cabell Federal Bulding, 1100 Commerce Street, Dallas, Texas 75202 and within � mile walk to the bus stop. �Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on October 01, 2020 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on September 30, 2025. The Following services are required and may be sub-contracted to another licensed contractor. Base Year: Estimated Number of Substance Abuse Inmates = 125 Substance Abuse Treatment Services: Substance Use Intake (one per authorized inmate) for 125 inmates = 125 assessments Substance Use Assessment and Report (one per authorized inmate) for 125 inmates = 125 assessments Individual Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 36 units (per inmate) x 125 inmates = 4500 units Group Counseling (30
