Location: Selfridge Air National Guarld Base MI Set-aside: 100% Small Business 3. NAICS CODE 236220 Commerical and Instituional Bldg Contractors w ith a small business size standard of $39.5 million in annual revenue. 4. Project Magnitude: Betw een $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 5. Prospective bidders are highly encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference to be conducted on 13 August 2020 at 10:00 AM local time. (See Solicitation for Access Requirements) Award will be made to the responsible bidder w hose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors. SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS: ""Funds are not presently available for this contract.Currently the government anticipates funds will become available but no later than midnight 30 SEP2020. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the prices received are w ithin aw ardable range."" PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The subject project is for the renovation of the office spaces of Bldg. 17 located at Selfridge Air National Guard Base, MI.� The work includes but is not limited to the demolition of some of the existing space with the intent of modifying the space for current mission and space utilization requirements.� The work includes substantial upgrades to the electrical and mechanical systems of the office spaces.� The project will include brand name justifications for� Automated Logic DDC, Best Door cores, and Simplex 5000 series locks
