Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has a new requirement to replace the OMS Hot Water Heater at the White River Junction Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC) located at 209 Balsam Lane, White River Junction, VT 05001. The contactor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision and technical expertise to perform requirements in accordance with the Specification Of Work (SOW). All repairs outlined in the SOW shall be performed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code that apply to the principal nature of the acquisition: 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a size standard of $16,500,000.00. The period of performance for this requirement shall be 60 calendar days from the notice to proceed. Place of Performance: Londonderry AFRC located at 64 Harvey Road, Londonderry, NH 03053-7413. **Quotes shall be valid for 120 Days.** THIS IS A 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
