Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - MICC West Point is looking for the delivery and Installation of the following: Steam Dryer Specifications: 1. Same or equivalent to Speed Queen Steam Dryer, 37 CSH. 2. 50 lb. capacity steam heated dryer. 3. Door open safety switch 4. Selectable heat and cool down settings 5. Capable of cool down to ambient temperature. 6. Capable of heating drum to temperature of 160 degrees (F). 7. Automatic De-linting capable. 8. Programmable controls with a minimum of 10 programs. 9. Forward and reverse capable. 10. Minimum 30 inch door height 11. Minimum door opening of 25 inches 12. Exhaust diameter of 8 inches 13. Maximum steam supply requirement of 125 PSI 14. 208 vac 3 phase electrical service compatible 15. CSA compliant �Washing Machine Specifications: 1. Same or equivalent to Milnor WN39017 Washer. 2. 30-35 lb. commercial, front load washer. 3. Minimum door opening of 15 inches and minimum door height of 34 inches. 4. Programmable controls with minimum capacity for 10 programs 5. Multispeed wash cycles with a minimum of 50-500 RPM. 6. Approximate cylinder volume of 5-6 cubic feet. 7. Forward and reverse capable. 8. Door open safety switch. 9. Water level switch with minimum of two levels and overflow safety. 10. 208 vac 3 phase electrical service compatible 11. Wash chemical injection system compatible, solid/liquid 12. Steam injected to offset hot water usage 13. CSA compliant Site Visit Required
