- Description
- The U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) requires the purchase of a 1064 NM Portable Raman Spectrometer. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Parts 12 and 13 procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07 July 2, 2020. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition is 334516�Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. This is a full and open competition. This requirement is for a Rigaku 1064 NM Portable Raman Spectrometer, BRAND NAME OR EQUAL.
