- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:��Massachusetts City:��Worcester Delineated Area:��Within City Limits of Worcester, MA Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��4,602 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��4,832 Space Type:��Office Parking Spaces (Total):��ONE (1) Structured Full Term:��10 years Firm Term:��5 years Renewal Option:��1 year option (5 years) Additional Requirements: �������� Subleases are not acceptable. � Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire and life safety, accessibility and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. This procurement will be subject to all the rules, regulations, conditions and specifications stated in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) package that will be sent out pursuant to this advertisement. Expressions of Interest must be received in writing no later than August 4, 2020 by 5:00 PM Eastern Time, and should include the following information at a minimum: � Building name and address? � Location of space in the building and date of availability? � Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and full service rental rate per RSF? � ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet offered and full service rental rate per ABOA SF? � Scaled floor plans (as-built) identifying offered space? � Ceiling height details throughout offered space; � Evidence of ability to meet the required occupancy date of�3rd Quarter 2020; � Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact; � All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s).� Any submission received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent the owner(s) will not be considered until such time the documentation has been received which also must be submitted prior to the Expression of Interest Due Date.� In cases where an agency is representing multiple ownership entities, broker must submit written acknowledgment/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission.
