- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to procure 170 Analog Sensor Cables (P/N: 07030417-27) on a Sole Source basis from Leonardo DRS (Cage: 5URY2).� The Analog Sensor Cables are a multi-circuit cable with specialized pins and notched connectors.� These Cables enable communication between the Ships� Switchboards and Ships� Thermal Monitoring Components.� The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority at FAR 13.106-1(b). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS.� Interested parties, however, may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement.� The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this synopsis.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.�� Responses shall be made in writing by E-mail to the attention of�Michael Nolan�using the contact information provided in this synopsis.� Phone inquiries will NOT be accepted.
