Description

This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13,Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The US Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground Tenant Division, 6001 Surveillance Loop, Aberdeen Proving Ground MD 21005. Specifications: Public Health Command (PHC) requires the purchase of SAS Analytics is a statistical software package that provides investigators the ability to perform statistical analysis of data required to meet the U. S. Army Public Health Center mission. This particular software provides an enhanced coding interface needed to perform more advanced statistical analysis. Access to PC File allows data to be transferred into and out of SAS to excel and other standard office programs used to collect data and present findings.�� (Please see the attached purchase description). This is a SOLE SOURCE requirement the Government intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract to Executive Information Systems, LLC. (EIS).�The Associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is�511210�and the Business size standard is $41500000.00 . All responses received within thirty (30) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 4:00PM Eastern Time, Tuesday�August 11, 2020. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
