- Description
- Site Visit is scheduled for 10 August 2020, 10:00 AM (MT).� Questions may be submitted during the site visit and/or submitted via email to�Contracting Officer, Ms. Diana Taylor at diana.taylor.2@us.af.mil and Contract Specialist (CS) at kimberly.woods@us.af.mil.� Questions must be submitted by 2:00 PM (CT), 10 August 2020.� Please call TSgt Jason Chambers at (334) 312-8516 if you have issues or questions in regards to obtaining a vehicle pass.� Vendors will be required to get a visitor pass issued for Fort Bliss entry access at the Chaffee Gate Visitor Center.� Chaffee gate is located off of expressway 601 at exit 21.� All drives must have a valid Driver's License, all passengers must have a valid State ID, and all vehicles must have valid Proof of Insurance to successfully obtain a pass from the Visitor Center.� After gaining access through Chaffee Gate, turn left toward Carrington Road.� At the 4-Way intersection, turn right and head South East on Carrington Rd.� Drive through only one (1) traffic light.� The Bldg 2905 rear parking lot access will be on the left hand side of the road, just before arriving at the second Traffic Light.� All Vendors will meet with the Government point of contact (POC) behind Bldg 2905, which is located at 2905 Carrington Rd, Ft Bliss, TX 79916.� This building is directly across the street from Bldg 2442, located on 2442 Carrington Rd.� Contractors must ensure they park in the parking lot behind Bldg 2905. This is a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) requirement.� This requirement is for the replacement and��installation of three (3) Armory Vault Doors and relocation of existing doors for several facilities at Ft. Bliss, Texas, Army Post.� The Statement of Work (SOW), photos, floor plans and a diagram is attached for review.� The Armory Vault Doors MUST be GSA Approved doors, review the attached SOW.�� Submit quote using the attached Pricing Spreadsheet by 19 August 2020,11:00 AM (CT).
