- Description
- This procurement is being conducted through FAR Part 13 in conjunction with FAR Part 12. All offerors are required to be registered in SAM prior to the submission of an offer. Office of Atmospheric Research uses the DNN software to support the public facing-websites and intranet site for OAR. The software is the website framework which runs on a web server and maintains these websites. It must support the content management system (CMS) architecture that is currently in use so users (NOAA employees and contractors) can continue to add content to the websites with little or no training. DNN software is easily supported by the existing network architecture and staff at OAR ITMO; namely Windows Server, Microsoft IIS, and Microsoft SQL Server. With OARs current license renewal, two separate licenses are being removed from the portfolio. The modification to the license count is a result of one site being decommissioned and the determination that the staff no longer requires the specific development license. The Evoq Enterprise licenses are required to continue the existing annual DNN subscription. The renewal allows the licenses to be activated thus permitting staff to make required updates and maintain website management.
