- Description
- Defense Threat Reduction Agency team intends to award a�contract on a sole source basis to Eckert�& Ziegler Isotope�Product, Inc., for the purchase of certain radio-isotopes. The contractor is required to have an NRC license for possession and transportation of these items.� DTRA requires a permanent transfer of the isotopes to DTRA.� This is the only responsible source because it is the only supplier identified with the appropriate NRC license to provide these items. This notice of intent is for informational purposes only. However, all interested vendors may respond to this notice in writing with clear and convincing evidence that clearly demonstrate the company�s ability to meet the requirements of this procurement, specifically that the vendor is able to provide the isotopes listed in a Source Sought, ID number HDTRA1035440.�� If no responses are received within the time specified�in this notice, then a sole source award will be made to ECKERT & ZIEGLER ISOTOPE PRODUCT, INC.
