Description

AMENDMENT 0001 - issued to remove CMR CLINS 0004, 1004, and 2004 in their entirety. PWS Paragraph 13,� Accounting for Contract Services�is deleted in its entirety. Date for receipt of offers is not extended with this Amendment. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and using the procedures of FAR Part 13--Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W81K00-20-Q-0176 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).� This announcement constitutes the only RFQ that will be posted.� A separate written solicitation document will not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20200408. This solicitation is to obtain Reusable Sharps Container�Management Program Services�for Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, Colorado.��The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562211, with a size standard of $41.5 million dollars.� This acquisition is SET ASIDE 100% Small Business.
