Engineering/Facility point of contact (POC) will be Maylisse Matos at 404-305-7093. The performance period is 409 calendar days after the effective date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). This procurement is set aside 100% for Total Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237130, with a size standard of $39.5 million. The Request for Offer (RFO), Specifications, DDH, Plans (Drawings), Instructions to Offerers, Wage Rates, Business Declaration Form, Past Performance Questionnaire, FAA Proposal Breakdown Form, and Sample Construction Waste Program Report, are attached to this announcement. All documents are available in either .pdf or .xls format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat/professional or with Microsoft Excel. The price range for this procurement is $4.0 million - $7.0 million. **In the description, the CO/CS must notify the vendors that the Acquisition Management System (AMS) applies to FAA in place of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and various other provisions of Federal acquisition law.
