SEWER MAINTENANCE TRUCK MCB Camp Butler, Okinawa Japan Multi Vacuum Truck Kato Multi Vacuum truck 5 ton Model MV-600S or Equal Vacuum Truck 5 ton, Diesel Engine Drive. All vehicles shall be the newest model and year at the time of delivery and ready for use. Vehicle/Equipment and furnished accessories shall comply with Japanese Motor Vehicle Safety Standards, including, but not limited to, exhaust emission control requirement, in effect on the date of manufacture. MINIMUM # OF VEHICLE REQUIRED & CHARACTERISTICS (1) Quantity: One (1) each.� � (2) MINIMUM DIMENSIONS� (1)� � �Overall length:� � 6710mm� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � (2)� � �Overall width:� � �2350mm� � � � � � � � � � � � � (3)� � �Overall Height:� �2980mm (4)� � �Tank volume:� � �6.3 Cubic meter (5)� � �Vehicle loading capacity: 5.3 Ton (3) Exterior Color:� Manufacturer's standard color yellow. (4) Rust Proofing and Under Coating: Extra anticorrosive from sea water damage. OTHER MISCELLANEOUS REQUIREMENTS (1) Brower: KMS-510 (2) Electric motor type water pump (3) Water tank: Manufacturer's standard 100L or more. (4) Suction valve and Hose size 5 inch. (5) Storage basket: Right (950mm x 350mm x 250mm) Left (440mm x 410mm x 510mm) (6) Suction and discharge hose: 4 inch, 20m, with female cam lock. (7) Rear fender iron (8)� Back View/ Side View Camera with a Color Monitor in the Operator's Cab. (9)� Tire Marker Lamps: Manufacture's standard lamps shall be installed on both sides of wheel house. (1 each x 2 sides). (10)� Fire Extinguisher and Storage Bracket: Shall be installed in the operator's cab. (11) Drive Type: Manufacture's standard (9)� �Accessories: Shall be the type installed on manufacture's standard domestic production model. (10) Warranty: Manufacturer's standard. The warranty work will be provided by dealers in Okinawa area, Japan with Government personnel providing Quality Assurance of all work. All warranty work to include the Manufacturer's warranty term inspections shall be conducted at no cost to the government to include parts, labor and transportation. Any warranty work performed to include warranty term inspections and breakdowns repairs shall be documented in detail to include the repair procedure and the parts installed at no extra cost to the government. (11) Certificate of Transfer (in Japanese): For each vehicle to be furnished for consignee by Contractor at time of vehicle(s) delivery. (12) Technical Publications (in Japanese):� one (1) sets of operator's manuals (In Japanese), one (1) sets of Technical (shop repair) manuals and parts catalog (In Japanese)� to be furnished upon delivery by Contractor (Japanese operator's manuals, technical manuals and parts catalog must be delivered to government at least 60 days before delivery of the truck). (13) SAFETY.
