The requested software and license must be Real?Time Innovations (RTI)� products under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 and this RFQ is a Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. The requested license and software support are specifically designated to be compliant with the existing licensed software products, operating systems, and hardware platforms, and cannot be substituted with another manufacturer�s product. . Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.� This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Award all or none See Attached RFQ. Items must be brand new Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote.� Please reference the Solicitation number above (N0042120TXXXX) on your quote.�������������� POP: 8/15/2020-12/20/2020 Only quotes from authorized Real Time Innovations resellers will be evaluated. Please include your LOA with your quote. Please include any reinstatement fees� to cover the period 12/21/2019-8/15/2020 Please include your Cage Code.
