- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is providing this Sources Sought Notice for the release of the Draft Solicitation / Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Foundation GEOINT Sustainment Services (FS2) requirement, Solicitation HM047620R0031. A single award indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract is planned to be awarded from the final Solicitation.� The anticipated awarded IDIQ contract will have a five year period of performance.� The notional final solicitation posting date is in October 2020 and award start date is in Spring 2021, subject to adjustment based on the actual contract award date. BACKGROUND: �The Foundation Sustainment Services (FS2) contract vehicle will establish the acquisition framework for delivering the full scope of information technology services and capabilities to support the Information Technology (IT) sustainment services for the Foundation GEOINT Integrated Program Office (IPF) and the FG capabilities / services in support of the NGA�s Source Operations & Management Directorate's Foundation GEOINT Group (SF).� SF�s FG mission areas include: Aeronautical, Maritime, Topographic, Geopolitical Geography (to include Human Geography (HG), Political Geography, and Names, Places and Boundaries), Elevation, Geodesy (e.g. Global Positioning System (GPS), Soils, Surveys, and Gravity), and Controlled Imagery.��� The solicitation is posted to both the Unclassified Intelligence Community � Acquisition Research Center (IC-ARC) website (https://acq.westfields.net) and CLASSIFIED IC-ARC website (https://acq.nro.ic.gov).� Due to classified documents within the Bidder�s Library, some Bidder�s Library documents will only be available on the CLASSIFIED IC-ARC website. To create a classified ARC account, you must first create an unclassified ARC account by visiting https://acq.westfields.net and clicking on the �Register� link at the top right of the page. Be sure to include your classified email address as you will not be able to access you classified account without it. Once you have finished the registration process on the unclassified system and validated your account by clicking the link you were sent via email, you will need to wait 2 business days for your classified ARC account to be automatically created. Once you have waited 2 business days, you will be able to log into your classified account using the same email and password you used on the unclassified system. This will bring you to a page where you can click a button to send yourself a verification email to the classified email account you listed when creating your unclassified account. To log into the classified ARC, visit https://acq.nro.ic.gov/ from a TS network such as NMIS, NSAnet, CWE, AWAN, CWAN, JWICS, etc. If you do not have access to a TS network but possess a TS/SCI clearance, a reading room will be available.�
