Description

On behalf of the 99th Readiness Division the U.S Army Contracting Command - ACC-NJ has a requirement for a Construction Project CSS8668: Convert Interior Lighting to LED for the Pendel-Caminiti USARC, Farrell, PA. This pre-solicitation notice will be for 100% Small Business setaside. This award will be a single fixed price contract, This will be awarded to the lowest responsible Offeror who meets the technical requirements.� The Period of performance�is 120 calendar days after the notice to proceed. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials, transportation to accomplish work which� converting the training center interior lights & motor pool office lights to LED�s in accordance with the Specifications of Work (SOW.) The SOW identifies the room locations for the upgrade.� The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 238210 with a size standard of $36.5 Million. The proposed solicitation number will be W15QKN-20-R-5065. The solicitation will be posted on or about 07 August 2020 via beta.sam.gov. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. Please note the response date listed with this pre-solicitation notice�may not be the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to this notice. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the Beta System for Award Management (SAM) Internet site, www.BetaSAM.gov, under the appropriate NAICS. The Place of performance is the Pendel-Caminiti USARC, 950 Sharon New Castle Rd, Farrell, PA 16121-1265. Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Project (FAR 36.204): Advance notices and solicitations shall state the magnitude of the requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range.� The estimated price is to be described the the terms of the following price range:� Between (d) Between $250,000 and $500,000.
