- Description
- The Synopsis is amended due�to changes with the Solicitation.� An additional clause was added and delivery was adjusted.� The�updated delivery is 416 days for the First Article Samples, 150 days for Testing and Evaluation, and�550 days for the Production Quantity for a Total Required Delivery of�1116 days. The closing date is re-established for August 19, 2020 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). The Synopsis is amended to adjust the solicitation issue and close dates as follows: Issue Date:� May 26, 2020 Close Date:� June 25, 2020 This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract for FSC 1560 Aircraft Structural Component Fitting.� A total of 1 NSN is targeted for this contract effort.� This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 1560-002884681.� The proposed contract will be for a total 5 year period of performance.� This is a FAR 15 effort.� The below NSN has been identified for this current action.� If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. NSN 1560-002884681 Aircraft Structural Component Fitting Estimated Annual Demand Qty � 8 each Minimum Order Quantity � 2 each Maximum Order Quantity � 8 each I/A/W Drawing NR 98897 4N12591 Revision NR E DTD Part Piece Number: 4N12591-102B Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources apply This is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. Only offers from SDVOSBs will be considered. FOB: Destination I/A: Origin This is Critical Application Item and Export Control Restrictions apply.� Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M.� Certification is obtained by submitting DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the Defense Logistics Information Services.� Government First Article Testing (FAT) applies as well. Delivery is 416 days for the First Article Samples, 150 days for Testing and Evaluation, and 378 days for the Production Quantity for a Total Required Delivery of 944 days. SURGE does not apply to this procurement. Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order.
