- Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to award a sole-source contract to United Telephone Company Of The Carolina, Level 3 Century Link, 5454 W. 110TH Street, Shawnee Mission, KS 66211-1204 to provide telecommunication agreements; Description: Telecommunication VTC Circuits, Charleston SC, ISDN Primary Rate Interface (Qty 1), DS3 Access (Qty 1), DID Directory Number (Qty 1), Subscriber Line & Access Recovery Charge (Qty 1), Direct Inward Dial Number Portability (1). Period of Performance: 10-1-2020 to 9-30-2021 with 2 Option Years The authority for soliciting from a single source is FAR 13.106(b)(1). The Government anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
