Description
See attached solicitation.� All offerors are welcome to submit a proposal. The following questions were submitted for this proposed acquisition: Questions: RFP Section 4, page 9 (�The company is a taxi company that subscribes to an app specific for taxi drivers�). Can we assume each taxi driver has a personal smartphone given the taxi company subscribes to an app? RFP Section 2, pages 7-8 (�PURPOSE�). Is the contractor responsible for dispersing participant payments? RFP Section L.4, page 60 (�The proposal shall be in an 8 � x 11 layout with one inch margins on all four sides, Times New Roman font, 12 pt. pitch with single space between lines�) and page 61 (�Offeror�s are advised that Technical Proposal text must be double-spaced�). Proposal format on page 60 indicates single space. However, on page 61, double-space is indicated. Which is the preferred format? RFP Section L.4, page 63 (�The offeror, prior to being awarded a contract, must submit an acceptable subcontracting plan�). Is it necessary to include a Subcontracting Plan within the cost proposal as part of the initial proposal submission? RFP Section J, page 47 (�Wage Determination�). Does the wage determination document require individuals be paid $10.80 or higher per hour The following answers were provided to the Contractor(s): 1. Yes, you can assume that each taxi driver has a personal smartphone whether or not the taxi company subscribes to an app.� The taxi drivers use their personal smartphones to line up fares, obtain GPS directions, etc. 2.� Yes, the contractor would be responsible for both purchasing and dispersing the participant gift cards. 3. Single spacing is acceptable. 4.�A subcontracting plan is not required to be submitted. 5. Do you mean $10.70 on page 9 of the wage determination � the answer is yes.
