Description: As part of an ongoing, multi-year Quality Control Program, the Legal Services Corporation, Office of Inspector General intends to contract for a series of Quality Control Reviews of the financial statement and compliance audit documentation for 15 to 35 LSC grantee audits over a twelve-month period. In conducting these reviews, the contractor will�determine whether the financial statement audit work, compliance audit work, and the associated review of internal controls over both financial reporting and compliance were conducted in accordance with applicable standards.�
