- N0016420Q0319� TESTING LABORATORIES � FSG/FSC/PSC 6636� NAICS 541380 Issue Date: 6 August 2020 � Closing Date: 19 August 2020 � 12:00 PM �Time Eastern This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13.� Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-20-Q-0319 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.� Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Base Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for the following ITEM DESCRIPTION � CLIN 0001 Testing Report, IAW Statement of Work and CDRL A001, QTY = 1 CLIN 0002 CDRL A001 Technical Data Requirements for CLIN 0001 (Production QTY) IAW SOW, Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. Please reference delivery schedule in RFQ. The anticipated award date is August 29, 2020 Contract Opportunities on https://beta.sam.gov/ has officially replaced FBO.gov Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments. Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220 or via https://www.sam.gov. Information about the JCP is located at https://public.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/PublicHome/jcp/default.aspx.� The controlled attachments will be posted to Beta.sam at the same time the solicitation is posted. Beta.Sam may be accessed at http://Beta.sam.gov Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
