The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified vendors with special interest. No solicitation is being issued at this time. RFI # 3624220Q1033 The appropriate NAICS Code is 339113 (please add your NAICS code on your response) The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 2, and the Buffalo VA Medical Center in NY anticipates a brand name purchase for N95 Face Masks. 0001 9500-N95 4,000 BOXES (2O PER BOX) DISPOSABLE SURGICAL N95 RESPIRATOR MASKS ~ MANUFACTURER IS ZHOU MEDICAL SOLUTIONS, LLC ~ RESPIRATOR ON THE CDC WEBSITE, AND IT HAS ALSO BEEN CLEARED BY THE FDA AS A SURGICAL MASK ** Must prove point of manufacturer & distribution channel ~ include lead time in response This procurement is for new items only; no remanufactured or ""gray market"" items.
