- Description
- Below is a summary of the project.� Interested WOSB should submit a capability statement and a site visit can be arranged.� Vendors and visitors with valid Government issued ID can access the Pentagon Reservation on their own and proceed to the E-Ring for an understanding of the existing display.� Responses to the NOTICE can be emailed directly to the PRIMARY P.O.C. 1.�������� Objective The objective of this PWS is to update the current DCS, G-1 historical display in the Pentagon (E-ring) in order to capture the last 12 years of history since the display was created. a.�������� The current display will shift approximately 36 inches to the left in order to add updated historical photos and information. b.�������� The display will be updated to LED lighting to include touch ups to the current color scheme with the added signage below displaying the Army Values (Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless-Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage). c.�������� There will be two additional display frames mounted on each side of the main display; one by room 2E436 and one by room 2E446.� The frames will be 4 inches off the wall to encase the 55 inch monitors.� The monitors will be used to display past, present, and future missions occurring with the organization. d. ������� There will be a new 110v-15 amp electrical outlet needed by each display to power each monitor. 2.�������� Scope The government intends to acquire services through a vendor who will readjust, build, and mount the new displays and monitors. 3.�������� Specific Tasks The current display board will need to be readjusted and updated with two display monitors added.� The additional displays will require electrical work for powering the monitors. 4.�������� Unsatisfactory Performance (Explain what will happen if the contractor did not perform satisfactorily, and how it will be corrected for the government at no cost, etc.) 5.�������� Hours of Operation The contracted agency will be working from 0700 to 1700 daily. 6.�������� Period of Performance: Total time from start to finish will be 90 to 120 days. 7.�������� Place of Performance Modification will be done in the Pentagon, 2nd Floor E-Ring by rooms 2E436 and 2E446. 8.�������� Type of Contract Firm Fixed Price Service Contract 9.�������� Recognized Holidays ����������� Monday, 25 May 2020: Memorial Day ����������� Friday, 3 July 2020: Independence Day ����������� Monday, 7 September 2020: Labor Day ����������� Monday, 12 October 2020: Columbus Day ����������� Wednesday, 11 November 2020: Veteran's Day ����������� Thursday, 26 November 2020: Thanksgiving Day 10.������ Security Personnel will require a background check for access to the Pentagon 11.������ Government Furnished Items and Services The government is not providing any furnished items and services. 12.������ Contractor Furnished Items and Responsibilities Contractor will provide all supplies necessary to complete this project.� This includes, the display materials, monitors, and lighting required for this task. 13.������ Contracting Officer Representative (COR) TBD 14.������ Project Manager (please specify your contact info, email, phone etc., if you are the PM.
