- Description
- The following Request for Quote (RFQ) is being used for the procurement of automatic doors inspection, maintenance, and repair services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238290.� The size standard as described by the U.S. Small Business Administration for this procurement is $16.5 million.� Small Business determination and tax identification numbers shall be submitted with quotes. This Request for Quote shall be 100% Small Business set aside. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award.� Offerors may register at www.sam.gov.� A DUNS (Duns and Bradstreet) number is required in order to register.� Inquiries for this RFQ may be directed to the Contract Specialist via e-mail to SrA Benedick Duria at Benedick.duria.2@us.af.mil. AMMENDMENT 1: A site visit will be held on at 1:00 PM PST, Monday 13 July 2020. All parties are to meet at the 9th Contracting Squadron parking lot located at 6500 B Street Beale AFB, CA. A visitor EAL roster is attached to the solicitation, and is required to be filled out for base entry and access to be granted. Please ensure to submit the completed form by 9:00 AM PST, Thursday 8 July 2020 to SSgt Benedick Duria at benedick.duria.2@us.af.mil. All requests for information are due by Thursday, 9:00AM PST 16 July 2019, to ensure proper response time. You may send quotes by e-mail to Benedick Duria at benedick.duria.2@us.af.mil. Quotes are due by 9 AM pm PST, Wednesday 22 July 2020.
