Interested parties should register on-line and subscribe to receiving procurement announcements related to this solicitation via the website https://beta.sam.gov.� There will be no paper copies of this solicitation.� All solicitation information may be obtained through�the above referenced website.� Any questions related to this solicitation must be submitted electronically via email to moore.williams.1@us.af.mil and laurie.harvey.1@us.af.mil. The contractor will be required to furnish all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, applicable licenses and permits to accomplish the work designated in the statement of work, drawings and specifications. The general work includes demolition of buildings, slabs, foundations, septic systems, parking lots, fencing trash grate, primary electrical service and power poles, and capping of water wells. The project also consist of the installation of new fencing, vehicle gate, overhead lighting, roadway, and improved driving surface. The contractor shall video all areas in which work shall occur prior to starting work and also perform a destructive asbestos and lead survey in accordance with South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control.� An archaelogical survey will be conducted and will consist of two (2) phases as identified in the statement of work. This acquisition is being issued under FAR Part 19.203(c) Hubzone Small Business Set-Aside and solicited via Invitation for Bid. Potential bidders must be currently registered in System for Award Management to be eligible for award.� (See internet site:�https://betasam.gov). Payment for requirement issued will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) System.� Contractors must be registered in WAWF, see internet site:� https://wawf.ef.mil for registration. All responsible sources may submit an offer (bid) which will be considered by the 20th Contracting Squadron, Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina.
