Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items�, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.��The solicitation document W9124P-20-R-0008 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect�through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, Effective 31 May 2018 (updated with Class Deviation 2018-00007).�� The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334515, with a size standard of 750 employees.� The associated Federal Supply Code (FSC)/Product Service Code (PSC) is 5999.� This will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price contract. � This requirement is for two (2) Force Calibration System, 60K including shipping, set-up, and training for USATA labs in TSC Camp Carroll Korea and Kaiserslautern Germany.� See the attached Purchase Description for the requirement specifications. Award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable, responsive, responsible offeror.� In order for a quote to be found technically acceptable a quote must comply with all specifications listed in the Purchase Description.� Quotes shall provide a concise written response as to how the manufacturer�s product meets each specification identified in the Purchase Description.� �� All items shall be delivered upon the Delivery Date and shipped FOB Destination to the�locations stated in document W9124P-20-R-0008. Early delivery is authorized at no additional cost to the Government. Quotes are due by 5 pm CST Friday August 21st and shall be emailed directly to: marlon.a.ross.civ@mail.mil� The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 30 calendar days from the dated specified for receipt of offers.
