- The Government intends to issue a 17-month, sole-source, purchase order to�MxD USA for continued support to transition the investment in Docent to a sustainable enterprise and achieve the original mission for the tool.� The development of the Docent tool was initiated to modernize the available toolset,�and improve flexibility, adaptability and scalability.� This is the third phase of the development effort.
