Description
THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Acquisitions Operations Branch (AOB) seeks to award a sole source award to HSQ Technology, 26227 Research Rd, Hayward, CA 94545-3725, for Cisco router configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and cutover. The Bureau of Reclamation, Snake River Area, currently has a contract with HSQ Technology (reference Contract No. 140R1018C0019) that covers the maintenance of the majority of the equipment listed in this requirement. However, this requirement includes new components and new configurations to expand the capabilities of the routers both currently deployed and new installation. All the current routers will either be replaced or enhanced with additional slot parts. This includes the following routers and changes: � SIPRT1 (Primary Router � Black Canyon): Removing existing SM�16 Porth ethernet switch and replacing it with a NM�1T3/SM�DM Adapter. � SIPRT2 (Southern Idaho Control Center (SICC) Router): No replacements or enhancements. � SIPRTC (Cascade Router): Replacing the existing 1841 Router with an ISR4321 Router with 4�Port T1 and 16�Async. � SIPRTW (Deadwood Router): Replacing the existing 1841 Router with an ISR4321 Router with 4-Port T1 and 16�Async. � SIPRTR (Arrowrock Router): Replacing the existing 1841 Router with an ISR4321 Router with 4�Port T1 and 16�Async � SIPRTA (Anderson Ranch Router): Replace existing Single�Port T1 with a 4�Port T1. � SIPRTD (Boise Diversion Router): Replace existing Single�Port T1 with a 4�Port T1. � SIPRTP (Palisades Router): Replace existing Single�Port T1 with a 4�Port T1. � SIPRTM (Minidoka Router): Replace existing Single�Port T1 with a 4�Port T1. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541511 and the size standard is $30 million in revenue. The Government intends to solicit directly with HSQ Technology. No solicitation package will be issued. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain material in sufficient detail to allow the Government to determine if the party can perform the requirement. Ability to engage ALL listed capabilities is required to be considered capable. A determination to compete this action based on the responses received is in the sole discretion of the Government. All interested parties must express their interest and capabilities in writing via email to bsena@usbr.gov. If no responsive statements are received by 08/13/2020 at 3:00 PM MT, an award will be made to HSQ Technology.
