- Amendment #1 posted 8/10/2020 Amendment #1 is being posted for this notice to provide the Questions and Answers, as well as the site visit roster.� Please see the new attachments for additional information. ****************************************************************** UPDATED 7/21/2020 Due to a scheduling conflict, the time for the site visit must be revised.� The site visit was originally scheduled for July 28th, 2020 at 10:00 AM local time.� The site visit is being moved to 2:00 PM local time.� It will still be held on the same date, please note the later start time for the site visit. END OF UPDATE The Defense Logistics Agency, Defense Supply Center Columbus, Ohio has a requirement to perform Gutter and Roof repair for eleven (11) buildings located at the Defense Supply Center, Columbus, Ohio. The following buildings are covered by this project: Buildings 9, 10, 11, 17, 18, 19, 27, 30, 43, 306, and 308..� This procurement is issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The magnitude of construction or this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The award will be a firm fixed contract.� Award will be based on the lowest evaluated price of the technically acceptable proposal meeting all of the solicitation requirements from responsible offerors with acceptable past performance.� There will be one single award made for the solicitation.� Award may be made without discussions. Description � The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, material, supplies, equipment, tools, delivery, disposal, and supervision necessary to perform repair and/or replacement to the Roofing and Gutters for eleven (11) buildings located at the Defense Supply Center, Columbus, Ohio. The following buildings are covered by this project: Buildings 9, 10, 11, 17, 18, 19, 27, 30, 43, 306, and 308. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the specifications for projects CSC-20013, and contract drawings 3-1682 (16 sheets) subject to the terms and conditions of the solicitation (See Solicitation Attachments #2 and #3). PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:� All work associated with the performance of this project is be completed within 180 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Site Visit:� In order to provide a better understanding of this project, the Government is holding a site visit on July 28, 2020 at 10:00 AM Local Time. Attendance at this site visit is MANDATORY for any contractor wishing to submit an offer in response to this solicitation. �Any individuals interested in attending the site visit MUST E-MAIL AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE the company name and individual name at Anthony.Gerardi@dla.mil. Please see clause 52.236-27 on PG 65 of Attachment 1 to this solicitation for further details. Please see notes 3 and 4 on page 5 of the SF1442 �for additional notes regarding updated base access procedures and Pass & ID Office procedures during COVID-19. Questions and Answers:� Contractors must submit any questions regarding this project via e-mail to the Contract Special listed above. All questions must be received no later than August 5, 2020 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time. �Answers to the questions will be posted to Beta SAM by August 7, 2020 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time, to allow for sufficient time for contractors to review this information prior to the solicitation closing time. NOTE:� In order to be considered for award, all responses to this solicitation must contain the following documents: 1.������������ The signed and completed SF1442 2.������������ A completed bid form 3.������������ A copy of the bid bond 4.������������ Past Performance info as stated in Sec L & M (see Att. 1). 5.������������ A Contract Management Plan as stated in Sec L & M 6.������������ Resumes to support the staffing requirements stated in Sec L & M 7.������������ Signed amendments to the solicitation, if any.
