- N0016420RJR81 � MK 20 MOD 0 DIVISIONARY HAND GRENADE - FSC 1330 - NAICS 332993 Anticipated Issue Date: 16 March 2020 - Anticipated Closing Date: 01 May 2020 - Time 2:00 PM EST Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for the MK 20 MOD 0 Divisionary Hand Grenade manufactured In Accordance With (IAW) Government specifications. The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract on a full and open competition IAW FAR 6.1. A solicitation will be issued for an anticipated Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract covering a five-year ordering period. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Priced (FFP) five-year IDIQ Contract with the following ordering constraints: a minimum contract quantity of 2,800 each MK 20 MOD 0, a maximum contract quantity of 50,000 each MK 20 MOD 0, minimum contract quantity of 0 each MK 20 MOD 0 Inert, maximum quantity of 50 each MK 20 MOD 0 Inert, minimum quantity of 0 each MK 20 MOD 0 Cutaway, and maximum quantity of 30 each MK 20 MOD 0 Cutaway. The anticipated award date is January 2021. Stepladder pricing will be required for the five-year period for quantities of 500-50,000 each MK 20 MOD 0. This will be a non-commercial acquisition IAW FAR Part 15. Delivery terms are 245 days after effective date of order with F.O.B at destination. Initial inspection is at origin. Final inspection and acceptance will occur at destination. First Article Testing and Lot Acceptance Testing are both required for this procurement. A quantity of 62 each MK 20 MOD 0 will be required for First Article Testing within 180 days after contract award. The First Article units will not be delivered as part of the production quantity. First Article Testing and Lot Acceptance Testing will both be performed by the contractor.�� This is a full and open competition acquisition, and all responsible sources may submit an offer to be considered. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of technical, past performance, and price evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The Government intends to award to the responsible contractor(s) whose offer is technically acceptable, and is the best value to the Government utilizing technical, past performance, and price related factors. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments. Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220, or via Internet at https://www.sam.gov.
