- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This is a competitive Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number for this requirement is FA2823-20-Q-A003. The Contracting Squadron at Eglin, AFB, Florida, requires JF2 Joysticks. This acquisition is Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented, and the evaluation process and criteria set forth in this solicitation. This procurement will be conducted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Award will be made to the lowest priced responsible offeror whose offer conforms to all solicitation requirements, such as terms and conditions, representations and certifications, and technical requirements. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 334118, Computer Peripheral Equipment Not Elsewhere Classified, with a size standard of 1000 Employees. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. There will be no advance payments. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: CLIN 0001: FFP � JF2 Joystick MP-CH-MP-SMP-PMP usb.� Brand Name BG Systems, Inc. Part Number: JF2-2-MP-CH-MP-SMP-PMP usb JF2- JF2 Joystick, 2- 2 Position Trigger Option, MP- Momentary Pushbutton (black), CH- 4 Position Hat Switch, MP- Momentary Pushbutton (red), SMP- Side Momentary Switch, PMP- Pinkie Momentary Switch, usb- USB Option QTY: 8 each DELIVERY: 6 weeks ARO to Eglin AFB, FL BASIS FOR AWARD: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation, provides the lowest evaluated price for a product meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards set forth in the specifications. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. OFFER EVALUATION: Evaluation of offers will occur using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach with Past Performance.
