- The Baltimore VA Medical Center, Facilities and Engineering Department needs software licensing and support for same or similar Costworks Software. Costworks is currently in use for facilities maintenance and repair, and facilities construction and estimator, and is expiring. The department is looking to obtain offers for a base plus 3 option years contract. Responsible interested parties may provide quoted offer with capabilities and technical data to support comparable sources. Quotes may be submitted to the contracting officer via email: meghan.whitehead2@va.gov no later than 2:00 PM, Thursday, August 13, 2020. Offers MUST include the following information (at minimum) for consideration: -Same or equal technical data to allow for a complete technical evaluation -Pricing for base and all option years, separated out in line item format -Contractor DUNS and complete contact information to include name, phone number, and address associated with DUNS -Specify Open Market or any associated contract numbers -Offers returned on company generated document must note RFQ number 36C24520Q0595 -Delivery for initial base period after receipt of order timeframe MUST be provided with offer This solicitation is being evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis per the above requirements and determination of technical evaluation performed by the service.
