- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Indian Education Acquisition Office, Albuquerque, NM intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contracts with Coyote Drilling, Inc., P.O. Box 3467, Milan, New Mexico 87021 this is an Emergency request to repair, extract and remove approximately 700 feet of 2� galvanized pipes, coupling check valves, motor, pump assembly and wires from the Domestic Water Well #5-MFHS Building No. 1770.at the BIE-Many Farms High School, Many Farms, Arizona in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 ""Only One Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements"". This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available for this requirement. If a firm believes that BIA should not pursue this procurement, it should submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement by 5:00 P.M. (MST) on August 13, 2020 via email at Charmaine.williams-james@bia.gov. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
