Description: The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order on a single source basis to Partnership for Public Service for membership to Federal Human Capital Collaborative for up to six (6) users. The contracting officer has determined that Partnership for Public Service is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC�s requirement in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b). The not-for-profit organization has a membership program with little to no competition that will allow SEC to enroll human resource staff members into the Emerging HR Leaders Forum, and collaborate with the Partnership for Public Service and other member agencies regarding regulatory and legislative reform, and to develop enhance human resource federal human resource profession. The period of performance for the purchase order is anticipated to be a three (3) year period and the total value of the order shall be below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. The SEC intends to award a purchase order to Partnership for Public Service on or about September 20, 2020. This notice is not a competitive request for proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued. However, the Government will give consideration to interested parties that identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals by the response date of this notice.
