Description

This is a Special Notice. �The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to THE NATIONAL CENTER ON ADDICTION AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders.� All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) August 14, 2020. �Point of contact is Naomi Collier Naomi.Collier@usdoj.gov. The proposed order is for DEA 360 Strategy program for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with THE NATIONAL CENTER ON ADDICTION AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE, 485 LEXINGTON AVE RM 300 NEW YORK, NY 10017. �A redacted version of the approved Limited Sources Documentation is attached to this Notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710.� A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. �This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available.
