questions. The government has provided a response to each question. Given the potential exposure to COVID-19 in providing the requested services, are there any applicable hazard pay differentials for contractor personnel? No. As for as uniforms go can it be casual attire vs buying uniforms with company logo? Business casual is preferred/scrubs are acceptable. Is there a preferred number of employees that the VA wants to see that will satisfy the contract? Please see above CLIN structure. Regarding the B.3 Price Schedule on page 9, please explain how many hours are considered full time per each Recep/Screener (R/S)? How many R/S s are needed for the following hours: 5,824 hours 2,912 hours 4,160 hours 5,200 hours Please see above CLIN structure Regarding Government Responsibilities on page 6, is the government responsible for providing all the equipment (thermometer scanners), if not, please provide a list of equipment the Contractor is to provide? All equipment will be provided by the Government. Regarding the PIV card on page 5, will the contractor be responsible for the cost of the PIV card for its employees? If so, please provide the cost of the PIV card for each employee. The Government will bear the coast of the PIV administration. Are the contract employees allowed to wear scrubs as part of the uniform requirement? Business casual is preferred/scrubs are acceptable. Can you tell me if these services are currently being performed by a contractor? If so, could you please provide the incumbent name as well as the contract number?
