Description

August 11, 2020:� The purpose of Amendment 001 is: 1) Incorporate Revised Clause 52.204-25 Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (Aug 2020) in Section I 2) Incorporate Revised Provision 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (Aug 2020) in Section K This is a solicitation for a firm-fixed-Price construction contract. Project Title: Repair Ocean View Bldg 236 The contractor will be required to provide all labor, equipment, and materials, per drawings and specifications, to repair Ocean View Building 236, Patrick AFB, FL. The North American Industry Classification Systems Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 236220 with a size standard of $39.5M. The Magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 (In accordance with FAR 36.204(e)). THIS ACQUISITION IS BEING ISSUED AS A WOMEN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (WOSB) SET-ASIDE. OFFERORS NOT MEETING THIS CRITERIA WILL BE DEEMED�NON-RESPONSIVE AND INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. ***** This is an Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 requirement; therefore, funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. All proposed cost/prices shall be valid until December 31, 2020.****
