Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies/services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81K0020Q0185 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20200408. This solicitation is to obtain Cost Per Test Agreement for Microbiology Analyzer, Cart and consumables at Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, Colorado. The period of Performance is from 1 October 2020 to 30 September 2021 plus 2 Option years. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325413, with a size standard of 1,250 employee. This procurement is being conducted as a sole source requirement.
