Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest and industry technologies available to support/provide the following products: A31153 HID RT PCR SW SUSERLIC-UPGRADE SUSERUPG-UPG A39493 CMPTR,DELL 5580 W10IOT16 RC CARTON 4489244 QPCR UPGRADE 4489244 QPCR UPGRADE A41320 QPCR LAPTOP UPG, W10 LTSB 2016 The NAICS code is 334516. The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 USC 2304(c) (1), Only One Responsible Source. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR part 13 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written responses are received by 11:00 A.M. EST, Friday, 14 August �2020 an award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
