- Defense Logistics Agency is seeking sources capable of providing�an Enterprise approach to Fire Protection Control Systems (FPCS), Electronic Security Systems (ESS), Key Control Systems (EKC), Building Control Systems (BCS), and Utility Control Systems (UCS) at multiple DLA locations throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS).
