Description

The purpose of this amendment is to change the time for pre-proposal site visit from 14 August 2020 10:00 TO Actual Date site visit date is 18 August 2020 10:00 a.m. EST Project Title: Repair Window s B6901 Project#: MBMV172823 Location: Battle Creek ANGB, MI (49037) Period of Performance: 60 Days 1) Set-aside: This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. 2) Small Business Size Standard: $39.5M 3) NAICS Code: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction 4) Project Magnitude: Betw een $100,000 and $250,000 5) Submit Proposals no later than 28 August, 2020 @ 11:00 AM ET 6) Prospective bidders are highly encouraged to attend a pre-proposal conference to be conducted on 18 August, 2020 at 10:00am ET. (See Documents for Access Requirements) Award w ill be made, in accordance w ith FAR 13.106-3, to the responsible Offeror w hose proposal conforms to the Request for Proposal and is most advantageous to the Government considering price and Non-price related factors. **Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds w ill become available prior to but no later than midnight 30 September 2020. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for aw ard if funds become available and the prices received are w ithin an aw ardable range.
